South Breeze...

South Breeze Villa is a newly  remodeled villa less than 12 years old. It contains beautiful Mexican tile in all the bathrooms and the kitchen along with all the modern luxuries such as satellite TV and studio. It is a beautifully furnished and landscaped villa that has a wonderful beach side patio area. Off the downstairs master bedroom there is a screened in patio right off the pool area. The owner just added a beautiful outside BBQ area with sink all done in Mexican tiles a few steps from the heated pool / Jacuzzi. I recommended this villa for 1 to 3 couples. However the Master Bedroom is very romantic that many times we rent this only to one couple. This villa work well for Grandparents who bring along their older children ? this gives the Grandparents downstairs master bedroom with out having to climb the stairs and the grown children the up stairs bedrooms allowing them some privacy. South Breeze Villa is located in Puerto Morelos, a charming Mexican fishing village with a mix of locals and many foreigners who own property there. Puerto Morelos is wedged between the bustling cities of Cancun and Playa del Carmen. We have diving and snorkeling trips to the National Marine Reef Park that runs in front of the villa. Dive shop pick up and drop off service available.
